04Payments
Payment terms are defined in the client agreement. Retainers are billed in advance and are due before work commences for each billing period. Fees for services already rendered are non-refundable. Nordec reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if invoices are not paid within the agreed timeframe.
05Ad spend
Advertising budget paid to platforms such as Meta is separate from Nordec's service fee, is controlled by the client's own accounts, and is not held or managed by Nordec.
06Confidentiality
All client information is treated as confidential and will not be shared with any third party without written consent, unless required by law. This confidentiality obligation continues after the termination of services.
07Limitation of liability
Nordec is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services. We are also not liable for performance outcomes that depend on factors outside our control, including market conditions, product quality, and platform algorithm changes.
08Data and cookies

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for services that have been delivered is a breach of the client agreement. In such cases we reserve the right to suspend all work immediately, retain deliverables and account access until the dispute is resolved, and provide our signed agreement, deliverables, and communication records as evidence to the payment processor.
12Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.
13Changes to these terms
